Dramatic and feminine, this Blue Peacock 2-Piece Elastic Skirt Set makes a regal addition to any wardrobe. The top has off-the-shoulder, circular flounce sleeves and a fitted, elastic bodice with a ruffle at the bottom. The ankle-length mermaid skirt has a fitted, elastic waist and two ruffled layers. Both the top and skirt feature a pattern of brown peacock feathers on a blue background. The skirt is 39” in length and the waist and hips measure 22” flat and will stretch up to 48”. The top is 17” in length with 11” sleeves. The bust measures 24” flat and will stretch up to 50”. Made in Ghana. C-W145
